Muay Thai is the art of the eight limbs as you use your hands, elbows, knees and shins! To me, the Muay Thai clinch is the most essential part...it really helps me control the opponent and drive in those knee strikes!!!

i hate round knees.... i find it hard to get good impact with them.... but i do agree with a front knee, those are powerful, especially if you combine them with a drop shift.
