Default Favorite strike?

Here's a bit of a more interactive thread.
What is your favorite strike. It can be with any part of the body, but it has to be a strike (no grapples).

Mine would have to be the palm heel strike. It is less likely to cause permanent damage than a normal strike, and when I hit with a "normal" punch, it pains my wrist (yes, I am hitting straight on). I can use a palm heel with little pain.

Front-hand or back-hand? Why?

Personally not a fan of the left cross, but my left hand doesn't take to different strikes very well. I can block, and I can do a simple punch, but not much else.
Roundhouse... punch or kick?

i got to say a jab... it is really useful. it can serve as a distraction... help you judge your distance...... it also is good becuase it helps mantain a further range (keeps you far away from knees and elbows)....

I'm a south paw so left cross is comfortable plus i use it to switch stance, round house would be the kick, i use the front kick a bit more but the roundhouse just feels nice when you put it together properly.

round house from which MA? i think that same name is used for three different kicks. like a muay thai round house? a taekwondo one (which is often also called snap kick, point kick, etc.)? or the kick that is more like a cresent kick (i have heard this called a round house too, but not very often)?

OK, Orthodox stance pivot your left foot to the outside rotate your rear hip and knee to the front extend your leg and contact with either the shin or instep, follow through or pivot back to original stance.

i also like the double flying sidekick. only for the fact that it looks so cool.

for a more practical technique... i really like the jumping sidekick. also the spinning back kick is sweet. spinning heel kick is also kickass.
