hi, just a quick reminder that we do have a new format to our forum. your profile home page is now a great tool. That page is essentially like facebook:

- you can leave messages for people on their profile home page
- you can add friends
- you can join groups
- you can create groups
- you can upload pictures
- you can even change the colour scheme of your profile page.

i think it is a great tool!
