my in house exercises:
1. push ups 2. crunches 3. bench press 4. stretching this is for 30 mins /day.. enough to keep me alert

Skipping and shadow. Repeat endlessly, and if you want to add a bit of definition then hold some light weights (5k) when doing your shadow. I trained like this in 2.30 min rounds and stayed fit enough to win a couple of three rounders.

yeah i do that type of shadowing.... and i use to skip A LOT..... but it turns out that skipping is more high impact than i though (i have bad osteoarthritis) and my feet could not take it..... now i swim....
although, that said i do recomend skipping because it works out the entire body. swimming is good, but it is hard to really push yourself because the fear of drownding
