Lift weights at 2 - 3 times a week (not more) and do moderate cardio (5km run) 2 - 3 times a week.

Try to eliminate simple carbohydrates (sugars), and saturated fats from your diet as much as possible. Increase your intake of protein and non-saturated fats, and try to avoid carbohydrates for the last few hours of the day.

One of the best ways to lose fat, is to gain muscle mass.

great advice... i will add that if you are fairly over weight be careful when running. get good shoes and you might want to stick to a tredmill that is more cushioned than the road. running is hard on your body, but especially when you are heavier and your feet and knees are not getting the support they need.

if you go to a running store they can find you a good pair of running shoes to address these concerns.

What i do is cardio 2 times for 4 days with 1 hour of weight training to gain muscal and i jog also but on top of that i dont eat fast foods 3 good meals a day are suffenant enough, Must eat 1 1/2 cup of eggs in morning

how many mins of cardio do you do? and what do you do?
