Default Weight training

How many of you weight train? I do about 3-4 times a week and rotate upper and lower body workouts. It's a great way to boost your metabolism and lose weight.

I do some weight training, I use to just do bodyweight exercises but I've found that adding some dumbell exercises lets you hit some muscles more effectively

I really like to do military press. It increases my striking power and helps me get through some of those long work outs. Other than that I do the usual lifts and some body weight workouts too.

I like military press as well, but every now and again I like to throw in some handstand push-ups, they have the same effect, but really help with balance as well

I like using dumbbells while balancing on my Indo Board - it makes me focus on my form to a greater degree.

Weight Training is a proven life changer. It simply Adds Life to Life.
This is not a website to sell products, supplements or any equipment. We sell information [for free] and there is no price tag for it. Its priceless for us { and for you as you will realize }, as it gives us a unique opportunity to help people achieve their fitness goals. It has become an obsession, the purpose of our lives.

Remember its far more easier to learn Correct Weight Training Methods than to unlearn wrong ones. Not to mention the time you will lose if you follow all the advice you get in the gym.

If you want to lose fat or change your body, one of the most important things you can do is lift weights. Diet and cardio are equally important, but when it comes to changing how your body looks, weight training wins hands down. If you've hesitated to start a strength training program, it may motivate you to know that lifting weights can:

* Help raise your metabolism. Muscle burns more calories than fat, so the more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn all day long.
* Strengthen bones, especially important for women
* Make you stronger and increase muscular endurance
