I'm kind of wondering the same thing. I've been sick, and have been having one incident after another that has been ruining my own chances to train. The most recent was an accident that didn't hurt me, but I'm pretty sure it totaled the car.

i just threw out my back and have been out for almost a month... i am finally going back on monday
![]() in other words..... i think the lesson is that MAist do not cope with injury well! half the time i usually work out too soon, or too hard and injure myself worse. lately i have been debating taking a year off to deal with my arthritis and strengthen myself so that i can really work out hard, but i honestly do not think i would be able to survive the year, so i don't think i will do that. hang in until the new year, it could be worse.... or work on techniques that you can do while sitting....
