Have been very busy which is why I've not been to Thursday class for a while. Looking to sort that out in the New Year. Christmas was good, not too hectic but not too quiet.

well not training on a thursday anymore as am doing alot more energy work , me and mazz are good the wedding is set for september 20 , and what i have done in the past is more than the last person but not more than the next ...

Dont tell him whatever you do but Steve is one of these really annoying 9 1/2 stone skinny types whose technique is good enough to overcome some 15/16 stone lump like me.

how many times do i have to say it its not skinny its athletic and im built for speed not power well i have a little in reserve just for special occasions...
