Hellooooo.......again
Hi again,
Sorry to have been absent for sooo long. Will try harder to get here more often in future. My biggest news is that I am now a Daddy  This has stopped me training so much at the moment but hopefully I will able to step it up again soon. Hope everyone is well and not too stressed about all this recession malarky. Shirindo
