Toe Hold

The toe hold remains a high percentage submission yet it is not used often in NHB. Why is this?

It would be the twisting figure four ankle lock. In the UFC, it was used to defeat Tank Abbott in one of his (lame) comeback matches against = I believe - Frank Mir.

I am just trying to imagine someone trying to get a toe hold on?? Ive seen ankle locks in Ju-jitsu and Ninjutsu but i aint never seen no toe-lock.

If you check out the bout between frank Mir and Tank Abbott you will see a toe hold finish to a fight

So true. I think BJ Penn's next attempt at discrediting St Pierre is that he was unable to get a toe hold due to excessive tinea.

apparently this hold exisits... but i have yet to figure out what it is exactly
