Georgian Martial Art is the indivisble part of Georgian culture. As Goergian culture is the part of culture of the world as well is the Georgian Martial Art. Georgian Martial Arts by it’s own originality is distinguished from other martial arts of the world. Originality of Georgian Martial Arts is conditioned by the location of the country, temper, time, history and other circumstances.
Georgian Martial Arts takes in Ideology, moral teaching, martial varieties, healing methods, national games, war songs and war dances.

Martial varieties: Fencing, Boxing, Wrestling and fighting with other arms

Healing Methods: Healing herbs, Massages, Healing Bath houses

National Games: Lelo, Isindi, Laxti and other games

Training Systems: Mountaineers training systems, individual training systems, patrimonial (ancestral) training systems, Royal and manorial training systems, military systems.
