I take multi vitamins everyday.
This helps if Im lacking something in my food.
I try to eat what I should, but there are times when vitamins makes up for what you lack.
i have been taking centrum for about 5 years now. i stick with what i know, and what seems to work for me. i didnt take them for about a week one time, and i actually felt sick because of it
I only take my daily 1 tablet of vitamin c.I think that is one of the vitamins you can't really afford to live without.
I take a multi and calcium supplement. I also take probiotics on a daily basis.
I take a multivitamin. While I watch what I eat, it's difficult to get in a daily balance every day. Due to muscle cramps, I have to watch potassium intake in particular.
Does potassium cause muscle cramps or prevent muscle cramps? I've always heard people say to eat a banana if you have muscle cramps.
I find that it does affect cramping. I can get cramps in my side or leg, even when sleeping, but potassium prevents this.
We really need vitamins in our body. I, myself, I take multivitamins to support, strengthen my body and to prevent me from any kinds of diseases..
